Project 1 – Five new builds in Hauxton
This project was a development of five exclusive new builds on the outskirts of Cambridge. The client gave us their brief and budget for two 2 bed houses, two 4 bed houses and one 5 bed house. Below we have a 2 bed property with platinum grey doors and a white quartz worktop. The 5 bed house had a higher budget and high spec appliances, featuring dark fingerprint-proof matte wall units and white oak doors elsewhere with a white veined quartz worktop.
Project 2 – A barn conversion in Suffolk
For this property, the client was looking for a simple and seamless design to contrast with the vaulted beamed ceiling and open plan living area. The main feature of this handleless kitchen is the island. With a matte white quartz worktop and silver-grey pine breakfast bar, it is sleek and elegant. The dark matte doors are fingerprint-proof. After the installation, the client sold to a happy customer. In the end, we went on to help the customer order extras like a Quooker tap.
Project 3 – Three family homes in Stansted
For this exclusive development in Stansted, we advised the developer to choose the colours for the kitchens of three new builds. Silky grey and silver grey pine were the colour choices for the kitchen units, with a white quartz worktop. We also sourced the pendant lights to go above the island.
Project 4 – A luxury country home in Finchingfield
This client was looking for a simple design that would appeal to any potential buyer. They also wanted one colour throughout – stainless steel doors and a pure white quartz worktop. Appliances include a downdraft hob by BORA installed in the island, a Quooker hot tap and ovens by Siemens.
