For savoury tastes, your Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes come out crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
Using the FullSteam function – fish, vegetables and pasta can be cooked en masse plus get the perfect ‘al dente’ risotto, without having to spend time watching and stirring it on the hob.
Switch to CircoTherm and there’s no need to turn your toasties halfway through cooking, and joints will self-baste with perfect crispy and browned results.
Cook garlic bread and a Victoria sponge at the same time with no transfer of smells of flavour using this function, giving perfect results every time.
Heard of Sous Vide?
Popular with chefs and now becoming more popular in the home, the Sous Vide drawer looks similar to a warming drawer. Food is vacuum sealed in plastic for freshness and can be cooked at low temperatures to seal in flavour, it can also be used to seal and protect opened food such as sauces and even coffee beans for lasting freshness.
Lastly, the warming drawer can also be used to slow cook a joint – 24hrs later: a moist and juicy leg of lamb flavoured with ras al hanout – delicious!
